Wu Weizhi, male, EMBA of CEIBS, now the legal representative, board chairman and chairman of the investment decision-making committee of this company. He has been engaged in the securities trade for 15 years, successively in Shenzhen SEG Group Finance Company, Shenzhen Special Zone Securities Company, Far-east Securities Company, Huaxi Securities Company and etc. During the 15 years, he has experienced near two bull-bear cyclic periods of the Chinese securities market, accumulated abundant investment practice experiences and gradually formed his own investment concept and operation style.
Zhou Zongming, male, EMBA of CEIBS, now director and general manager, secretary of the board of directors, and the chief risk control officer of the Company. He has 16-years experience in commercial banking operation, working in Zhuhai Branch of China Construction Bank successively as the general manager of the retail business department, general manager of the banking business department, chief of Haibin Subbranch, general manager of the company business department, assistant president and then vice president of Zhuhai Branch. He possesses strong comprehensive management capability, marketing capability and risk control capability.
Xie Yanping, female, EMBA of CEIBS, now director, vice general manager and member of the investment decision-making committee of this company. She has 16 years of securities investment experience and worked successively with the securities department of Jiangshu United Trust Investment Company, Shanghai securities department of Lanzhou Trust Investment Company, and as the general manager of Shanghai assets management department of United Securities, vice general manager of the assets management department of Hualong Securities and the general manager of Shanghai Xincheng Investment Management Company.
Zhang Lingbin, male, graduated with Bachelor Degree on Economics from the international finance faculty of Mid-China Finance University, now member of the investment decision-making committee, coequal general supervisor of investment, and fund manager of the Company. He worked in HongKong-Macau International Trust Company and has gained securities investment experience for 11 years. He has rich practicing experience with distinguishing characteristics and styles.
Song Shixin, male, EMBA of CEIBS, now director and member of investment decision-making committee of this company as well as the director of Guangdong Huamei International Group, executive director of Huamei Fongshou Investment Management Company and director of Qinghai Salt Lake Group.
He Ye, male, EMBA of CEIBS, now director and member of investment decision-making committee of the company as well as the board chairman of Shanghai Jingcheng Investment Company and board chairman of Shanghai Yihua Entrepreneurship Investment Company. He has been engaged in financial investment for many years, during which engaged in futures investment for 15 years, securities investment for 11 years, and VC and PE investment for 7 years, He has deep understanding and rich practical experience in Chinese and overseas capital market.
Xu Junyi, male, received Master’s degree in enterprise management of USA’s Texas University, EMBA of CEIBS, now director of the company, independent director of Hong Kong’s listed company Saint Martin International and executive director of United Investment Company. He has been engaged in entrepreneurship and investment trade for 16 years, working as the vice president for the venture capital investment business of Taiwan Chinese Development Industry Bank as well as director and supervisor for over 10 Taiwan’s science-tech companies.
Liu Zhimin, male, EMBA of CEIBS, now director of the company. He successively worked with Henan Provincial Electricity Bureau, Wanda Futures Company, China Industrial and Commercial Bank Henan Branch, China High-tech Group, and Shanghai Fangzheng Yanzhong Group.
